Today, I wanted to share the story behind the creation of the Pandan Cookie.
It’s so funny how I grew up and had zero idea what pandan even was! Now that I’ve found it, I’m genuinely shocked that it’s not a household name everywhere. Seriously, after tasting that amazing pandan ice cream and getting hooked on the honeycomb cake, I realized that this flavor is too special to keep secret! I’ve been dreaming of the perfect way to share this beautiful, unique taste, and I know it has to be in a cookie. I just want everyone else to try it and fall in love as I did!
So here it is, the green and delicious delight from Past Time Bakery, the Pandan Cookie!
