Return policy
Past Time Bakery does not accept returns on any baked goods, as all items are made fresh to order. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us directly within 24 hours of pickup. We’ll review your concern and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or discounts on your next order once valid photo evidence of the issue is provided.
We also welcome any feedback or suggestions to help us improve our cookies, cakes, and overall bakery experience. We encourage open communication with our community and wish to provide a positive experience for every customer.
Current Pickup Policy
At the moment, Past Time Bakery does not offer shipping in order to preserve the fresh quality and flavor of our baked goods. All cookies, cakes, and pastries on Past Time Bakeries menus are made fresh daily and available for local pickup only. We take pride in delivering freshly baked treats every day, ensuring our customers always enjoy products straight from the oven. Nationwide shipping may become available in the future once we can maintain the same level of freshness and quality.

Same-Day Pickup: Select menu items are available for same-day pickup, while supplies last. To guarantee availability, we recommend placing your order early in the day through our online menu or by contacting us directly.
Schedule Ahead: For larger or custom orders, you can schedule a pickup in advance to ensure your treats are ready exactly when you need them. Simply choose your desired date and time at checkout or contact our team to coordinate your order details.
