The first time I started baking, I was at my aunt’s house helping my family make a cake. From the moment I picked up the tools and caught that first whiff of sweetness in the air, I knew there was something magical about baking. Watching everyone’s faces light up as they tasted the finished cake only deepened that feeling — and from then on, I was hooked.

What began as a simple family activity quickly became a passion. I started baking cakes for birthdays, cookies for gatherings, and treats for friends — spreading the joy of baking wherever I could.

Past Time Bakery was born out of that same love. My goal is to share the magic of baking with people from all walks of life by introducing unique cultural flavors inspired by Asian desserts. I want to create something that feels both new and familiar — sparking curiosity for those discovering these flavors for the first time, and evoking nostalgia for those who grew up with them.

At its heart, Past Time Bakery is about community, culture, and connection — bringing people together through the universal language of sweetness.
