Here's the short story behind Past Time Bakeries' signature Tiramisu Cookie!
I've always found the texture of tiramisu so wonderfully complex and luxurious, which is why the thought of turning it into a cookie felt like an impossible dream. My friend, who's always hounding me for a tiramisu cake, is actually what got me thinking about it. After some experimenting, I finally made a tiramisu-flavored cookie that holds all the best parts of the dessert: the creamy mascarpone, the bold coffee, the rich chocolate, and, of course, a little ladyfinger perched right on top. It's been a fun challenge to master!
